How long will my order take to arrive?

Each item in your order is custom produced just for you!  And, as a result it can take up to 2-3 weeks to produce and deliver your custom order… and some of this depends on where you live as we ship everything out of Kansas City.

 

Will you send me tracking when the order ships?

No, but rest assured… if there is an issue with your order we’ll give you a call or shoot you an e-mail to inform you of any problems and work together to come up with a solution.  Otherwise, after you place your order you can sit back and expect your order to arrive about 2-3 weeks later.

 

Does Garney pay for a portion of my order?

Garney generously sponsors half the cost of all items on the personal store.  As a result, the cost that you see is actually 50% of the actual value.  For company orders, the items are not discounted and are billed back to your Cost Code.

 

My item arrived and doesn’t fit, what is your return policy?

Because we produce each item you order just for you, we are unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged.

 

Why is there no freight charge?

Garney generously sponsors 100% of the cost of freight for your personal orders.  For company orders, the actual cost of freight will be added to your invoice after the order ships.

 

Why is my sales tax so high?

Garney generously sponsors half the cost of the apparel items on the personal store.  As a result, the cost that you see is actually 50% of the actual value.  However, we base sales tax on the actual value of each item, which is why it might look a little higher than you expected.

 

Out of stock notice

If the item you have ordered becomes out of stock but will be replenished within the 3-week timeline for this program, we will keep as ordered and fulfill. If the item will not be available within that timeline, we will contact you via email and if there is an alternate color available, we will provide you the option to replace with the available color. If response is received in the timeframe noted in the email, we will be able to include with that week’s batched order, otherwise a refund will be applied to the original payment method used.

 

What is tone on tone embroidery? 

Tone on tone embroidery is where the thread color is matched to the garment color to give a subtle look to the logo. Typically embroidery is done with contrasting color thread so the logo stands out, where tone on tone is more reserved but still a very nice detail. 

 

Why won't my coupon code work? 

Note: coupon codes are CASE SENSITIVE. Please double check the spelling and punctuation of your coupon code to make sure it is entered correctly, also if you leave the billing screen at any point and have to re-enter your shipping/payment details you will also need to re-enter any coupon codes as they are not automatically saved if the screen refreshes.
